Pure Caribbean bliss in Turks and Caicos

I'm not the biggest fan of lay-on-the-beach-only type of vacation, I am mostly yearning for a combination of both city and beach type of destination, where I can both relax and explore. Having said that, I have always wanted to see Turks and Caicos.
